The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner which was earlier withdrawn vide order dated 20.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72167 of 2021. It is alleged against the petitioner that she pierced a knife in the stomach of the son of the informant.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, the injury report of the injured has been received which corroborates the case of the prosecution against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48679 of 2023(4) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 petitioner and suggests that injured received incised wound of 01" x 1/6" x 1" over left lower abdomen. Considering the fact that injury report of the injured corroborates the case of the prosecution against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
