22-12-2015 The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant/informant and apprehend arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 203/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is alleged that the marriage had taken place in the year 2013 and making demand of dowry. She was ill-treated and thrown out from the house. The complaint was filed on or about 16.08.2015 and was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57395 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 referred to Police under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. and the present case bearing Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015 has been instituted.
On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioners being father-in-law and mother-inlaw have done nothing except to expect from daughterin-law to serve and respect them which was unacceptable to her, that is the only dispute. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Veena Devi and Uma Shankar Choudhary, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 203/2015 subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
