The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 384 of 2016, registered under Sections 25 (1-B)a, 26 (ii) of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the bail of the petitioner was refused on 11.05.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 20065 of 2017 taking into consideration about his criminal antecedent as detailed in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016, about one year and the four cases in which the petitioner is accused are not related to recovery of arms.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54696 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.
of 2016, out of two surety, one surety must be close relative of the petitioner.
