Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Vivek Kumar who is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the cousin brother of the informant with the butt of the pistol causing head injury. Petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant but there is no injury report on record. There is no allegation of committing overt act against petitioner no.2. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
