Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been granted bail under the provisions of Bihar Jail Manual by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Balia P.S.Case No.36 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Permission is accorded.
