2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, appellant had allegedly kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has not supported the prosecution case. Both have solemnized marriage with each other in Patan Devi Mandir and she is residing with the appellant in her matrimonial house which is also came in the impugned order

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) saurabhkrsinha/- U T
