The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report. It is alleged in the written report that brother of the informant did not return in the night then he made search and in the morning he saw dead body of his brother, namely, Haridwar Singh lying on the southern side of the Durgawati river. It is further alleged that he also saw one dead body of unknown girl lying in the well just at the distance of 200 meters away from the dead body of his brother.

Case diary has been received.

Learned counsel for petitioner has stated that in those paragraphs mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on the plea that this petitioner had love affair with the deceased, namely, Sangita Kumari.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Trial Reg. No. 245 of 2018 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
