2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, raising all grounds which he has raised in the present criminal writ application and in turn, the concerned District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police may also be directed to consider and decide it as per the limit fixed by this Court.

3. The above prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent-State.
4. Considering the submissions made by both the parties, the present criminal writ application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the concerned District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police within three weeks from today and on submission of such, the concerned District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police is directed to consider and decide the same, as early as possible probably within 45 days from the submission of the said application in accordance with the relevant provisions of law.
