Petitioners seek bail in Maner P.S. Case No.224 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 20 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.1 and 15 litres Mahua liquor from possession of petitioner No.2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that both Petitioners are in custody since 05.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41513 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.224 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
