Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation.

The only grievance of the petitioner, who happens to be the Chairman of the PACS, Marukia Gram Panchayat, is that he having supplied 221.44 quintals of paddy to Vaishali Rice Mill on 1.4.2015 on the direction of the competent officer of the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.706 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation, has not been paid the dues.

In the above circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file a representation along with a copy of this order before the District Manager of the Food & Civil Supplies Corporation within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be considered and disposed of by the District Manager within a period of four weeks from the filing of such representation and whatever amount is found to be due the same should also be paid to the petitioner within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
