The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1)(a) (b)/25(1-b)(a)(c), 26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that many tools, which are being used to make arms, and a motorcycle are recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. No arms is alleged to have been recovered. Certain common tools are said to have been recovered, which are being said to have been used for manufacturing arms. Except for this, there is no other

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
