This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 604 of 2020 (G.R. No.2516 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have produced forged mark-sheet for getting employment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had resigned much before the F.I.R. was registered against him after discovery of this forgery. This fact finds support from the letter dated 13.06.2020 annexed with the F.I.R. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40324 of 2020(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 604 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2516 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
