The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 411, 412, 413, 414, 212, 216(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that one country made pistol and some household articles are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. One country made pistol and some household articles are said to have been recovered.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Patna City in connection with S.T. No.279 of 2019 arising out of Bypass P.S. case No.301 of 2018. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
