JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within four weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. This modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 06.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 19872/2021. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the case record as well as the order 06.08.2021, I do not find any ground to modify the order aforesaid.
