2. On an earlier occasion for not passing a detailed speaking order the matter was remanded to the concerned authority to pass a detailed speaking order after providing

Patna High Court MJC No.1416 of 2022(7) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 opportunity of hearing of petitioner. The concerned respondent proceeded to hear and passed a detailed speaking order on 30.12.2023 and it has been enclosed along with the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3.

2. Taking note of these development, the present proceeding of MJC- Contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the speaking order dated 30.12.2023, if it is so advised.
