1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner obtained appointment at the post of Anganwadi Sevika on the basis of forged educational certificate.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged and has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant with an ulterior motive to harass her and extort money from her. It is further submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge of the certificate issued to her being fake. She has already been dismissed from the engagement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44626 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 of Aganwari Sevika vide Memo No. 163 dated 25.08.2021 issued by the signature of the District Program Officer, Bhagalpur. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. case no. 108 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
