Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application. Permission is accorded with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge as it has been submitted that the alleged recovery of Charas is less than commercial quantity but little more than small quantity. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
