JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act.

Mr. Y. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that after investigation, the police submitted final form against both the petitioners and charge-sheet has also been submitted against the father of the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 04.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71370 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018.
