JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 dated 06.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For some dispute over the use of fire crackers, an assault took place in which the petitioners are said to have

The learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 19.10.2017 but the case has been registered on 27.10.2017. Apart from the aforesaid fact, it has also been urged on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and persons who are similarly situated have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court; some of the orders have been annexed along with the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts as also taking into account that the petitioners are accused of only one case lodged prior to the present incident, they are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
