The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.75 of 2021 registered under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is only allegation of threatening to the uncle of the informant against the petitioner although no injury was found on him. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
