Mr. Panchanand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case no. 183 of 2018, registered under Sections 354, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in course of going to school, daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, was being harass by using abusive language by the petitioners. Thereafter, daughter of the informant narrated the entire incident to the informant. It is also alleged that petitioners threatened the informant to kill them, if the matter will spread in the society. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68818 of 2018(8) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 both the petitioners are student of Class-X having no criminal antecedent and they are aged about 16 years.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be mother/father of the petitioners, who shall file affidavit to the effect that they will take care of the petitioners.
