Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 17.03.2016 at paragraph nos. 2 and 6, P.S. Case No. has been wrongly typed as Muffasil P.S. Case No. 379 of 2015 in place of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015.

Accordingly, in the order dated 17.03.2016 at paragraph nos. 2 and 6, P.S. Case Number should be read as „Muffasil P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015‟ in place of „Muffasil P.S. Case No. 379 of 2015‟.

The order dated 17.03.2016 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
