JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 13.09.2021, within four weeks. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for modification in the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 539 of 2021, whereunder the petitioners have been granted pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners are accused in Korma P.S. Case No. 45 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52957 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 2020 and the same was detailed in paragraph No.1 of the petition, but, inadvertently, in the prayer portion Korma P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 has been typed in place of Korma P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 539 of 2021, in the paragraph No.1 and in the last paragraph Korma P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 be read as "Korma P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020".

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioners, as ordered on 21.08.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 539 of 2021, be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 539 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. This application stands disposed of.
