====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and making attempt to cause burn injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant on whom accusation is of causing burn injuries to the informant but the injury report suggest that no injury was caused.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58476 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
