2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the order impugned in 'Annexure-3

Patna High Court CWJC No.10184 of 2023(6) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 and 5' can well be reconsidered by the Board on the ground that no opportunity was provided to the petitioner to be heard and place his case.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact and submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the orders contained in 'Annexure-3 and 5', which have been passed without hearing the petitioner are set aside and quashed.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Board within one week along with all the evidence in his favour, which are required to be taken into consideration by the Board before deciding the case after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
