The petitioner, in the present petition, has made a prayer for extending the time for surrendering before the court below and making prayer for regular bail. Earlier on 18.06.2015 in Cr.Misc.No.20803 of 2015, anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was disposed of with an indication that the petitioner may surrender within one month before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. One month time was granted for surrendering but he failed to appear before the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner failed to surrender before the court below within time due to the reason

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.627 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 that he was suffering from jaundice and, as such, a prayer has been made for extending the time for surrendering. In view of facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of extending the time for surrendering the petitioner by 1st of February, 2016 and making a prayer for regular bail.
