2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 169 of 2024, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga, with a liberty to surrender in the learned court below and pray for regular bail and if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail in the learned court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
