This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 504, 506, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accused persons including the petitioners are said to have killed the deceased. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46040 of 2025(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Ghosi Police Station, Jehanabad on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
