ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 526 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is submitted that an altercation took place on account of the petty occurrence regarding chasing of goat, from the field belonging to the petitioners. It is submitted that in the said altercation, both parties have sustained injuries.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57692 of 2015 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 526 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) sunil/- U T
