2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 465 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 400, 120B, 109 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution, arms were recovered from a Scorpio Vehicle and the petitioner is said to be the supplier of the vehicle but the petitioner has not been caught in the vehicle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in this case and he has only been named in this case on the basis of earlier cases registered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46341 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 against him and nothing has been recovered from his possession.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner may not be granted bail in this case as he is accused in three more cases from before.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 465 of 2020.
