Thakraha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Further submission is that this case has already been compromised in between the petitioner and the informant/O.P. No.2 as such petitioner does not want to press this application.
