JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30433 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

It appears that petitioner has approached this court before expiry of period of nine months, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
