The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (M) P. S. Case No. 1360 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 341, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence all the four accused persons as mentioned in the written report fired indiscriminately on the nephew of the informant on account of which he died on the spot. Case diary has been received, wherein, postmortem report of the deceased is available.

Postmortem report of the deceased shows that in all

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69787 of 2018(4) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 five injuries have been found on the person of the deceased caused by firearm. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioners stand rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
