The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katoriya (Suia) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted on the head of the informant with spade causing several injuries, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
