2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 346 of 2023 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 1362 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution, the son of the informant was killed by the accused persons including the petitioner who has called him out of his house and the petitioner is also named in the FIR.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the murder of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
