This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Nauhatta P. S. Case No. 40 of 2012 registered under Sections 406, 409, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the first information report do attract the ingredients of the cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
