The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.200/2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the contentions after submission of final report under section 173(2) Cr.P. C.

Permission is granted.
