JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard Mr.N.A.Shamsi, learned counsel, who was assisted by Mr. Syed Mojibur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that from the house, which was in joint possession, only 100 gms of Ganja was recovered and the petitioner has been made accused. He has further argued that the petitioner is a meritorious student. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.
