The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case no. 163 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the limb and back of the informant by means of rod over refusal of payment of contribution by the victim.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury on the back and hand of the victim said to have been inflicted by the petitioner has been found by the doctor. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 13.08.2017.

No.53842 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.
