JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove encroachment from the government land situated in front of the house of the petitioner but the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to grant of liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Circle Officer, Jale, District-Darbhanga i.e. the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2198 of 2021(2) dt.29-07-2022 2/2 respondent no. 6.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 before the respondent no. 6 within a period of four weeks' from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate order shall be passed within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
