JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the respondents invites attention to Annexure-S contained in the second supplementary counter affidavit to submit that the petitioner has already been appointed in the Industries Department as Sweeper and as such the petitioner's grievance stands redressed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that the petitioner is not being paid his current salary since he has joined pursuant to the aforesaid order.

3. Having regard to the stands of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed. The solitary prayer in the writ petition is for
