2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 registered for the offences u/ss 447, 143, 186, 341, 323, 324, 354B, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons holding weapons came to the informant's house and started abusing and assaulting the family members of

It is further alleged that the co-accused Vishal and Ramudgar tried to outrage her modesty and also snatched her Mangalsutra, nose ring worth Rs. 55,000/-. It is further alleged that they also snatched golden Hanuman locket, golden ring, Rs. 10,000/- in cash and a mobile phone from her family members.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As per injury report, the injured sustained two injuries, the injury no. 1 is caused by hard and blunt substance and the injury no. 2 is caused by sharp infrustant which is simple in nature. The petitioner has two criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Benipatti (Madhubani) in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44359 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 3/3 Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022.
8. The application stands allowed.
