That the present writ petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding and directing the concerned authorities including the District Administration Darbhanga for removal of the encroachment from the land of Baba Kusheshwar Nath Mahadeo Jee and the further prayer relates for restraining the

Murari Lal and 14 others on 3rd April 2013 by the Presiding Officer Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Tribunal."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
