The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 337, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegations made, case and counter case between the parties and that nature of injury found to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41515 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 have been inflicted on the informant having been found to be simple in nature, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
