The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections-341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that in drunken state, he misbehaved with the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 13-04-2019. Petitioners are said to have misbehaved with the informant in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42183 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 drunken state. The present case has been instituted due to village politics.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3835 of 2019 arising out of Punpun P.S.
