Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled in the month of June, 2012 and he is in custody since 21.02.2019.

Submission is that petitioner will co-operate with the trial and would not misuse the privilege of bail. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.40509 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Muffasil Police Station Case No.198 of 2003, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below having immovable property and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
