Patna High Court MJC No.1411 of 2022(9) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 cannot be accepted. He being the salary disbursing authority it was bounden duty on him to disburse the salary. If it is not disbursed as on today, the same shall be disbursed. With the above observations the present contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner in the event of non-payment of salary for a particular month an Interlocutory Application be filed by the petitioner in reviving today's order. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that cost portion has not been paid. In this regard, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pay the cost within a period of two weeks from today, failing which petitioner is permitted to file Interlocutory Application for reviving this order.
