2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Krishanagarh P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 dated 02.03.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 1115(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 26.02.2025 at about 12:00 pm, the informant was coming from the market. In the meantime, the accused persons including the petitioner arrived on the motorcycle and started abusing & assaulting the informant by means of belt, knife, danda etc due to which informant sustained injury and fell on the ground. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41584 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 further alleged that petitioner and co-accused Rakesh snatched Rs. 26,000/- from the pocket of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather the specific allegation levelled against the petitioner is that he snatched Rs. 26,000/- from the pocket of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused. It is further stated that the F.I.R. has been lodged after six days of the occurrence without any plausible explanation for the delay. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has one criminal case against him.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Krishanagarh P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhojpur at Ara,
