2. Having regard to the reasons shown by the petitioner, this Court extends the period to surrender and submit bail bonds in terms of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59550 of 2023 by four weeks from today.

3. If the petitioner surrenders and submits his bail bonds within four weeks from today, the benefit of order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59550 of 2023 shall be given to him.

4. It is made clear that no further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioner.
