Patna High Court CWJC No.8169 of 2014(6) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 supplementary counter affidavit filed by the State, it is submitted by the counsel that 9 out of 13 petitioners have come back in service on contractual basis and had been granted experience certificates. Thereafter, they have participated in the selection process but could not qualify for the selection of Agriculture Coordinator. In view of the said development, their appointment on contractual basis was terminated and the persons, who were selected in the process of appointment, were directed to be allowed to join their post accordingly. He submits that in view of the entire process having been completed, no relief can be granted to the petitioners now. Since none appears on behalf of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent-State, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
